Rob Stout is a Superstar. Mild mannered accountant by day.  Teller of Truths at City Council meetings by night.

Mr. Stout knows there is no money lying around unused.  But the Fire Union says yes there is -- their auditors found some in City reserves.  But where is the  Fire Union’s audit report?  The Fire Unions won’t share their “independent audit”. They say they found money in the City budget but won’t say where it is.

If the Fire Union is so sure of their audit, of course they would make that audit available to the public. So why are they hiding it? Is it because it’s more lies? We don’t know because they won’t share.

Our Budget Superstar, Rob Stout, as diligent as he is, did two detailed public presentations, on all City reserves and any debts against these reserves.  But the Fire Union still refuses to share their audit and they still spread lies about the City Budget – they say the City has money to spare for their fat-cat raises.

But as you can see from the chart below, the City owes more than the totals of the “reserves” they have. 

Fire Unions (and Kurt Henke specifically) – we challenge you to SHARE your Union’s “independent audit”.  If you stand behind this audit you will have no problem sharing it.  But if it’s again “chock full of lies” no wonder you haven’t given Mr. Stout, our Budget Deficit Superstar, a copy.  Because Mr. Stout won’t let you hustle him!
